The process


Get Started
In this Introduction time you will find out more about coaching and how to use it to your advantage. It is the stage of the coaching where we get to know each other and identify your needs and gaps (SWOT-Analysis). During this process we will identify Key Point Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs). You will also have your first results.In this stage you will have 4 meetings within a month, once per week, the same day at the same time. The objective is this dynamic is for you to create a habit for goal setting.
Closing the Gaps
The main characteristic of this stage is the analysis and control of goals achieved, as well, if applicable, soft-skills trainings and support through my cooperation partners to close the gaps we identified in the first stage. This stage lasts approximately 3 months.
Sustainable Goal Achievement
This stage is oriented to attain continued goal setting and achievement, as well as the transformation of weaknesses into strengths. The coach during this stage has mainly a supporting role.
